Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 506 of 2024, U/S 69, 115 B.N.S. and 4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station Bahedi, District Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. The applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim for the last five years on the false promise of marriage and had subsequently refused to comply with the said promise. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT: 6. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
