Learned counsel for the applicant submits, FIR of the present case was lodged by one Rajendra Yadav against unknown person with regard to the murder of his father but during investigation through C.C.T.V. footage it reflects actually informant of the case was the person who committed the murder of his father and thereafter he was made accused and when his statement was recorded then he disclosed the name of the applicant. 4.
