These bail applications have been filed seeking release of the applicants on bail in Case Crime No.90 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 109, 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Chaubiya, District Etawah during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants submits, on the basis of false allegations applicants have been made accused in the present matter
