The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Umesh Yadav, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.221 of 2024, under Sections 34, 323, 504, 506, 327, 342 IPC and 67 I.T. Act, Police Station Bhoginipur, District- Kanpur Dehat, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant in the FIR that injured was hold captive and beaten and nude photograph was taken for the purpose of blackmailing her. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that there is no evidence against the applicant in this regard. There is no injury report of the injured. No such video was made viral.
