There are allegations against the applicant and his mother, Vineeta Kesarwani, of duping the informant of 9 lacs on false promise for providing job to the informant in railway department. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that during the investigation, the investigating officer has arrested accused, Jeetu Yadav and Amit Gupta, who have named the applicant. Charge sheet has already been submitted against the him. It has submitted that except the confessional statement of co-accused, there is no evidence against the applicant. Apart from one case the applicant has no previous criminal history. He is in jail since 19.03.2025 wherein he has already been enlarged on bail vide Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 45393 of 2024. 4
