The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Smt Sangeeta Devi, with a prayer to release her on bail in Session No. 635 of 2020, Case Crime No. 103 of 2020, under Sections 363, 366-A, 368 IPC and 16/17 POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District- Etah, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of abduction minor and pressuring her into prostitution. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is a woman. She is in jail since 25.3.2020. Trial has not been concluded till date. Applicant has no criminal history to her credit. There was no one to move bail application her behalf. He is languishing in jail more than five years. Per contra learned A.G.A. has opposed the bail prayer of the applica
