Heard Sri Raghuvansh Chandra, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.156 of 2024, under Sections 363, 376(3) I.P.C. and Section 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station Hastinapur, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from the fact that she had gone with the applicant and stayed at hotel in Meerut. She has stated that the applicant had promised to marry her, but the marriage was not conducted.
