This bail application has been preferred by the accused- applicant, Chandresh @ Babbu Yadav, who is involved in Case Crime No.514/2024, under Section 8/20/29/60 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Robertsganj, District- Sonbhadra, There is allegation against the applicant that he was found in possession of 150 kg of ganja alongwith four other persons. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that by way of Notification dated 23 December, 2022, the Union Government has notified the enactment Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Seizure, Storage, Sampling and Disposal) Rules, 2022.
