The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sajjad, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 1054 of 2021, under Sections 354, 323, 504, 506, 384, 386, 34, 120-B of IPC and section 67-C of I.T. Act, Police Station- Phase-3 NOIDA, District-Gautam Buddh Nagar, during pendency of trial. This is the third bail application of application. The earlier bail applications of applicant were rejected by coordinate Bench of this Court, which has released this bail application. Hence, the matter has been listed before this Court.
