The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Noor Ali, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 08 of 2020, under Sections, 419, 420, 467, 468, 470, 471, 120-B of IPC and section 66/66-C and 66-D of I.T Act, Police Station- Cyber Crime, District- Gautam Buddh Nagar, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has received Rs. 3,80,000/- from and now he is willing to return the same. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail since 03.08.2021. The trial in the aforesaid case is not likely to be concluded in near future.
