The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Amit Alias Mintoo, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 90 of 2024, under Sections 323, 325, 376, 452 IPC, Police Station Bilhaur, District- Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of rape after entering into the house of the informant. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that victim is 80 years old. She has implicated the applicant falsely in this case because of some dispute of money with her daughter as evident from the statement of the victim made before the doctor. The medical report of the victim does not supports the prosecution case at all. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case
