Act, Police Station Cyber Crime Police, District- Ghaziabad, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against unknown accused regarding commission of offence of online fraud. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of confessional statement.
