This bail application has been preferred by the accused-applicant, Karan, who is involved in Case Crime No. 274 of 2024, under Section 8/20/29/60 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Ghoorpur, District- Prayagraj, Recovery of 2 quintal, 2kg and 600 gram of ganja has been made from the joint possession of applicant and four other accused. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that by way of Notification dated 23 December, 2022, the Union Government has notified the enactment Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Seizure, Storage, Sampling and Disposal) Rules, 2022.
