The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Tausif Alam, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 241 of 2024, under Sections 2(b), (1),(4),(11), (17),(25) and section 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities(Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Ramgarhtal, District- Gorakhpur, pendency of trial. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in two criminal cases in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned. Apart from two cases, the applicant has criminal history of twenty cases. He has falsely been implicated in the present case due to police rivalry. The applicant is not a member of any gang.
