This bail application has been preferred by the accused-applicant, Smt Laxmi Alias Lalita, who is involved in Case Crime No.237 of 2024, under Section 8/22-C of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Kosi Kalan, District Mathura. There is allegation against the applicant of recovery of 1400 Bupine injections of 2 ML, Onerex Syrup 100 ML of 90 bottles, 10 boxes of Oflabit-OZ tablets, from the house of the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant is women and her husband is owner of a chemist ship and, therefore, the alleged recovery was made from the house of the applicant.
