This bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant Govinda seeking enlargement on bail during trial in Case Crime No. 126 of 2024, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Nai Mandi, District- Muzaffar Nagar, during the pendency of trial. It is submitted by the learned cousnel for the applicant that the applicant is already on bail in the base case shown in the gang chart. It has also been submitted that the co-accused, namely Anil and Guddu Urf Yudhisthir have already been enlarged on bail by coordinate bench of this Court in Criminal Misc.
