The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Bhoora, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 197 of 2024, under Sections 3/5Ka/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, and section 11 of Animal Cruelty Act, Police Station- Hafijganj, District- Bareilly, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant that he alongwith co- accused were trying to slaughter the animal. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case by the police. He has criminal history of three cases to his credit and is languishing in jail since 04.06.2024. The trial in the aforesaid case is not likely to be concluded in near future.
