The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Anubhav Mittal, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 126/2017, under Sections 420/406/467/468/471/120-B IPC and sections 3/4 of Prize Chits & Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978, Police Station- Chandi Nagar, District - Baghpat, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant that he indulged in the alleged offence being Director of the company in dispute. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that there are about 300 cases registered against the applicant. He has been enlarged on bail in 76 cases. He is in jail since 21.5.2022.
