The allegation against the applicant of making attempt to abduct the informant. There is also allegation that attempt was made to convert her religion and marry her forcibly. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is a case of false implication. He further submits that allegations in the first information report are incorrect. The husband of the informant has stated that the applicant abducted the victim on motorcycle and not in the car as alleged in the first information report. Applicant is in jail since 12.06.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions.
