The instant bail application at the instance of the applicant Rajat Bharti has been filed seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 279 of 2019, under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC and Section 66 IT Act, Police Station Sector-58, Gautam Budh Nagar during the pendency of the trial in the court below. Learned counsel for the applicant vehemently contends that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number for ulterior motive. He has not committed the crime as alleged.
