The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Maulana Hammaad, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 339 of 2024, under Sections 377, 323, 506 of IPC, and section 3/4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station- Amroha Nagar, District- Amroha, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the unnatural offence against the minor boy. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that in the F.S.L. report no sign of commission of alleged offence was found. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case.
