The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Bablu Qureshi, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 238 of 2024, under Section- 307 IPC and Section 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Milak, District- Rampur, during pendency of trial. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been implicated in this case of planted recovery of animal flesh. A country made pistol 315 bore has been recovered on right hand of the application by the police. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case by the informant with ulterior motive.
