Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Yagvalkya Pandey, learned AGA for the State-Respondent and perused the record. 2. This bail application under Section 483 of BNS has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 115 of 2024, under Sections 3/5A/8 U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty of Animal Act, Police Station Illia, District Chandauli. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. There is no recovery of cow progeny or cow meat or any other incriminating article from the possession of the present applicant. The applicant is not involved in the business of slaughtering.
