The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 109 of 2024, Under Section 49, 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 352, 103(1) of B.N.S., Police Station- Paikoliya, District Basti, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that however applicant is named in the FIR along with several others but only role of exhortation has been assigned to him. He further submits even from the statement of the witnesses recorded during investigation including informant it could not be reflected that applicant involved in making assault upon the deceased. 4.
