The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Anil Yadav @ Kallu, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 141 of 2023, under Sections 3(1) U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Lanka, District- Varanasi, during pendency of trial. It is argued by the learned Senior Counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in two criminal cases in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned.
