FIR of the present case was lodged on 15.08.2024 against unknown persons and according to FIR when daughter of the informant aged about 18 years was alone in her home on 14.08.2024 then about 3.30 P.M. applicant i.e. cousin brother of the informant informed him that his daughter is lying dead on the bed. 4.
