The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.88 of 2024, under Sections 147, 452, 302, 323, 504, 506/34 IPC, Police Station Ganjdundwara, District Kasganj, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. FIR of the present case was lodged on 30.03.2024 against applicant and eight others and according to the FIR, on 29.03.2024 at about 9:30 p.m. in the night applicant and other accused persons entered in the house of the informant and made assault upon his son.
