The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Yaseen, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 260 of 2024, under Sections 3/5/8 Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Malpura, District- Agra, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant that he was found in possession of two bags of beef. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant was traveling in Auto. He has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of planted recovery. He has criminal history of seven cases to his credit and is languishing in jail since 15.7.2024.
