Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 04.01.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that no recovery has been made from possession of the applicant and the shown recovery of 8 pieces of Sagaun is false and fabricated.
