The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicants, Narsingh Khillo and Atru Hantal with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No. 191 of 2024, under Sections 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Raipura, District- Chitrakoot. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants has contended that 14 Kg. 350 gm. of Ganja are alleged to have been recovered from the joint possession of the applicants and co-accused. In fact no such recovery was effected from the applicants. It is further submitted that since such recovery is not supported by independent witness, possibility of his false implication in the crime cannot be ruled out. It is next
