There is allegation against the applicant in the first information report that she facilitated the enticement of minor girl by co-accused, Sonu. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the main role has been assigned to one, Sonu. Applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. Applicant has been assigned only the role of facilitating in enticement of the victim. She is in jail since 07.05.2024. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions. Keeping in view the nature of the offence, evidence, complicity of the accused; submissions of the learned counsel for the parties noted above; finding force in the submi
