Heard Ms. Amrita Kashyap, learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Abhishek Verma @ Abhilash, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 62 of 2022, under Sections 3(1) U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Barwapatti, District- Kushinagar, during pendency of trial. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in two criminal cases in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned.
