The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Mohammad Islam @ Rehan, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 31/2023, under Sections 419, 328, 386, 376 and 506 of IPC and section 5/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Moolganj, District- Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of trial. The allegation alleged in the F.I.R., lodged after two years and eight months of the incident is of the commission of offences of rape, extortion, etc., against the victim.
