Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.60 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376(3) I.P.C. read with Section 3/4(2) POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Iliya, District Chandauli, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
