There are allegations against the applicant of outraging modesty of minor girl. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the parties are neighbour and on account of neighbourly dispute applicant has been falsely implicated. Applicant is in jail since 13.06.2024 and has criminal history of one case. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions.
