The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ved Kumar, with a prayer to release him on bail in S.C. No. 86 of 2023 registered as Case Crime No. 204/2022, under Sections 376- DA, 506 of IPC and section 5/6 of POCSO Act, and section 67 of I.T. Act, Police Station- Kotwali, District- Kasganj, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against a minor girl. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the victim and her father have been examined before the trial court and have been declared hostile.
