Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. There are allegations against the applicant of committing repeated offence of rape against minor girl and extending threats. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per report of CMO, the age of the victim has been found to be 17 years. Given margin of two years on higher, she can be considered to be major. He has submitted that victim was being subjected to repeated offence of rape but she never disclosed the commission of alleged offence to her family member. After finding out her pregnancy she made allegation of commission of repeated offence of rape. It is a case of consensual relation-ship. Applicant is in jail since 15.03.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions. Keeping in view the nature of the offence, eviden
