Applicant attended the trial proceedings till 2007 and thereafter he absconded from the proceedings. He is in jail since 10.06.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is a poor man. He went to Mumbai in search of livelihood hence could not attend the dates fixed before trial court. He undertakes to co-operate with trial proceedings in future. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions.
