By means of this application, the applicant, Neeraj Yadav, who is involved in Case Crime No. 27 of 2024 , under Section 8/20b (ii) C of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Partapur , District- Meerut and is in jail since 24.07.2024 is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused, Rajendra Giri, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 20.1.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 39549 of 2024. He has further submitted that since the role of the applicant is identical to that of co-accused, Rajendra Giri, who has already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity and for the reasons given in the order of co- accu
