The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Achchhan Kuraishi, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.89 of 2024, under Sections 3/5/8 of Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act as well as 3/25 and 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Hathgaon, District- Fatehpur, seeks enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co- accused, Kaseem Quraishi, has been granted bail by this Court on 18.09.2024 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 23598 of 2024. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co-accused.
