Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. By means of this application, the applicant, Sanju Prajapati, who is involved in Case Crime No.35 of 2021, under Sections 342, 377, 511 IPC and Section 17/18 of POCSO Act, Police Station Jakhlaun, District Lalitpur. There is allegation against the applicant of making attempt to commit unnatural offence against the child victim. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the prosecution case is false. The applicant has criminal history of four cases. He is in jail since 21.03.2021 and he undertakes that he will not misuse liberty, if granted.
