The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ashish @ Hathi, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 387 of 2023, under Sections 307, 504 of IPC, and section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station- Shahpur, District- Muzaffar Nagar, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of making attempt on the life of the injured. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the dispute took place all of sudden. There was no intention to cause murder of the injured. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He has criminal history of two cases to his credit and is languishing in jail since 09.12.2023. The trial in the aforesaid case is not likely to be
