This bail application has been preferred by the accused-applicant, Shiv Kumar Alias Nate, who is involved in Case Crime No.70 of 1994, in Criminal case No.3138 of 1994, under Section 4/5 of Explosive Substance Act, Police Station-Karchhana, District- Prayagraj. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has absconded from the proceedings of the trial court for 30 years long. It is not a fit case for grant of bail. Bail application is accordingly rejected. The trial court is directed to conclude the trial against the applicant as expeditiously as possible, preferable within a period of six months.
