This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Taj Babu, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 184 of 2024, under Sections 76 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 & Section 9/10 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Juhi, District- Kanpur Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 17.10.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the victim in her statement (translated by special educator) recorded under Sections 180 and 183 B.N.S.S. has not levelled any allegation of sexual assault or harm against the applicant. No injury has been found on th
