The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Rahup, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 190/2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376(3) of IPC, and 5/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Dadri, District- Gautam Buddh Nagar, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of abduction of minor girl with intent to marry and commission of offence of rape. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the victim eloped with the applicant on her own sweet will after taking cash and jewellery.
