Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that nobody was named in the FIR and during investigation, applicant has been made accused in the present matter along with others including co- accused Surendra Kumar and Ashish Kumar Bharti and after considering entire facts of the case in detail, both the above co- accused Surendra Kumar and Ashish Kumar Bharti have been released on bail by this Court vide orders dated 18.02.2025 and 05.04.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 100 of 2025 and 6726 of 2025 respectively
