This bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant Shanu seeking enlargement on bail during trial in Case Crime No. 115 of 2024, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Saroorpur, District- Meerut, during the pendency of trial. It is submitted by the learned cousnel for the applicant that the applicant is already on bail in the base case shown in the gang chart. It has also been submitted that the co-accused, namely Mohd Kalim and Tauhid have already been enlarged on bail by coordinate bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 28952 of 2024 and 23589 of 2024 vide orders dated 06.08.2024 and 17.04.2025 respectively. Learned counsel for the applicant further
