This bail application has been preferred by the accused-applicant, Ram Kishor, who is involved in Case Crime No. 166 of 2024, under Section 8/20 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Bhogaon, District- Mainpuri. There are allegations against the applicant that he was found in possession of 318 Kilogram Ganja from open place. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that by way of Notification dated 23 December, 2022, the Union Government has notified the enactment Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Seizure, Storage, Sampling and Disposal) Rules, 2022.
