Applicants seek bail in Case Crime No.172 of 2024, under Sections 313, 363, 376, 452, 506, 120(B) I.P.C., Police Station Ubhaon, District Ballia, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants has stated that the applicants are the mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the victim and have been falsely implicated in the present case. They have nothing to do with the said offence. It is a clear-cut case of false implication and misuse of dowry laws.
