Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in jail since 07.09.2021. The applicant has no previous criminal history to his credit. Informant and victim have already been examined before the trial court, therefore, there is no possibility of tampering with the prosecution witness. Co-accused, Dayala @ Dayal, has been summoned by trial court to face trial by order passed u/S 319 Cr.P.C. Trial will take time to conclude.
